Payment methods

The following are limited payment methods:

A. By deposit to the following bank accounts

with beneficiaries: E. & D. ANIKOULA O.E.

*IMPORTANT NOTE #1: payment by direct deposit to a bank account is not available for orders placed by customers outside of Greece. In the event that the Customer wishes to pay for his order via bank deposit, he/she should contact our store so that the payment can be arranged by agreement.

*IMPORTANT NOTE #2: in the case that the Customer wishes to make a deposit from a bank account that is from a bank in which we don't have an account, the bank's transaction fees have to be paid by the Customer and not the Company.

B. Using a credit, debit or prepaid card. 

In this case, the Customer will carry out the electronic transaction through a referral (Link) to the Bank's relevant page, accepting both the banking terms of transaction and the terms of use of the respective Bank's website. The possibility of payment in one of the A or B ways exists both for the case in which the customer receives the Product from our Company's Store, and in the case in which the item is sent to an address of his choice (see above under 5b ).

Transactions Security All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Our Company accepts payments by credit, debit and prepaid cards of: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

C. Cash on delivery.

The customer has the possibility to pay the price simultaneously with the delivery of the product either at our Company Store so there is no extra charge either to the address he has chosen in cash or by using a credit / debit card. However, the use of a credit / debit card in this case is only permitted in the case of payment of the price in our Store, as in the other case of delivery to an address of the Customer's choice, the courier company that will carry out the delivery will not be equipped with a relevant terminal. Therefore, in this case the Customer expressly declares by accepting the present that the price can only be paid in cash. The cost of Cash on Delivery for destinations within Greece is set at €2.00 (ie 2 euros).
